Hey its Jack Jay, founder of Persist Ventures!
I first off want to say I am glad we are on this rock together. 🌎
I cannot imagine all the work that went in to bringing us to this point. You likely noticed how I made sure to emphasize the cult in culture… it is a controversial world, but I seek to bring back the positive connotation. Cults are just groups who embody a culture thats outside of the nation they are in, and with a world whose nations are losing their connection to strong culture, we need communities and tribes to bring that sense of connection to purpose, meaning, and being part of a quest back.

We strive for a super-empowered and hopeful culture that has fun doing great work, here are 3 tenants we live by:
Social Fabric (For foreign workers I'm happy to house people together and create home office living space. Besides that we are working on an internal piece of software called Collabio to build a better communication and organization platform than Whatsapp + Telegram + Hubstaff)
Urgent Optimism (No matter what, we are continuing to grow. Together its a matter of how fast. Those of you will be rewarded)
Epic Meaning (It is hard to imagine a more important decade in a species existence)
Persist Ventures is unlike many companies where the end goal is profit; instead our end goal is an amazing future for everyone.

We are laying the foundation for generational thriving. Every hard decision we make today—every investment, every pivot, every sacrifice—is in service of a freer, more flourishing humanity.
We believe the window between now and 2050 is not just a timeline—it’s a launchpad. A once-in-history opportunity to steer civilization toward infinite possibilities. That’s why our portfolio isn’t just about companies—it’s about catalysts. Every dollar reinvested, every venture launched, fuels a future we all deserve.
To us, everything is at stake.

At Persist, we’re not just building a company—we’re building people. While you’ll gain valuable skills and work on meaningful projects here, we also believe deeply in helping each person grow into the best version of themselves. That’s part of our culture, and we take it seriously.

When you're being mentored, learning something new, or given a task that isn’t being tackled immediately, write it down. Documenting information helps you retain it and helps the entire team grow. If you discover a useful tip or insight that isn’t yet part of our onboarding or documentation, let us know—we want to continually improve the process for everyone. Your initiative and contributions at the team level do not go unnoticed.
We may look like a big operation from the outside, but we operate like a tight-knit team. That means if you consistently provide value, you can rise quickly.
